As part of our fabulous girls trip to Spain in September 2016, the first stop was the island of Ibiza. For the uninformed, Ibiza is an island in the Mediterranean off of the coast of Spain. We got exactly what we were looking for in Ibiza. Poolside by day and clubs at night. We stayed at ME Ibiza which was definitely LUX from the moment you walked in. The room, pool, and dining areas were for the true bourgeois at heart. We rented a boat to Formentera Island and Espalmador Island. Espalmador is separated from Formentera by a shallow sandbar that you can walk across during low tide. We danced at Space and at Pacha. Of course it wouldn’t be bourgie if we didn’t reserve the VIP section at Pacha with Robin Schultz as DJ. Nights turned into days, literally.
